Hinoro Studio ("we", "us", "our") operates the TickFire mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we may collect:
- Email address (if you sign in with email, Google or Apple)
- Display name (from your Google or Apple account)
- Authentication identifiers provided by Google or Apple Sign-In
You may also use the app anonymously without providing any personal information.
2.2 Alert & Usage Data
- Price alerts you create (asset symbol, target price, alert type, notes)
- Alert trigger history (timestamps, triggered prices)
- Notification channel preferences (push, email, Telegram)
2.3 Device Information
- Device push notification tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging)
- Device platform (iOS or Android)
2.4 Telegram Data
If you enable Telegram notifications, we store your Telegram chat ID to deliver alert messages. We do not access your Telegram messages or contacts.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data to:
- Provide and maintain the Service (evaluate alerts, deliver notifications)
- Manage your account and subscription
- Send you alert notifications via your chosen channels
- Improve and optimize the Service
- Comply with legal obligations

6. Data Retention
- Account data: retained as long as your account is active. Deleted upon account deletion request.
- Alert data: retained as long as your account is active.
- Triggered alert history: retained for up to 12 months.
- Device tokens: automatically removed when you log out or uninstall the app.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
As a resident of the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict processing of your data
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

8. Cookies
The TickFire website does not use cookies or tracking technologies. The mobile application does not use cookies.

The Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
